Beata Anna Kucharczyk
Graduate of the Faculty of Education in Technology at the University of Silesia, major in Patent Protection in Technology, and of a postgraduate course in Industrial Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
A patent and trademark attorney no. 3314 since 2011, entered into the list of patent and trademark attorneys authorized to appear before the Polish Patent Office and Polish civil courts for intellectual property cases, and also a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent and Trademark Attorneys. She gained her professional experience in the field of intellectual property having worked for patent and trademark firms (since 2004). Additionally, she holds the following titles:
European patent attorney for EU trademarks and utility models (since 2011) – entered in the list of European Patent Attorneys for EU Trademarks and Utility Models, no. 56994, authorized to appear before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante in matters related to EU trademarks and industrial designs;
Professional representative before WIPO (since 2011) – authorized to appear before the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in matters related to international registration of trademarks and industrial designs, as well as to appear in the international PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) proceeding in cases related to applying for international patents.
